For years, I spent my life pouring into others while often placing my own health, wellness, and self-care on the back burner. Like many women, I loved God deeply, served faithfully, worked hard, and carried the weight of family, ministry, business, and responsibility. But I realized that being spiritually strong did not automatically mean I was healthy in every area of my life.
In 2023, I made a decision to show up for myself. Through faith, discipline, education, consistency, and God's grace, I began a transformational journey that resulted in losing over 70 pounds, improving my health, reducing inflammation, lowering my body fat, and reclaiming my energy and confidence. More importantly, I discovered that true wellness is not just about weight loss—it's about becoming Holy, Healthy, and Whole.
Holy, Healthy & Whole™ was born from that journey.
This is more than a bootcamp or coaching program. It is a women's wellness movement designed to help women align their spirit, soul, and body with God's purpose for their lives. Through biblical encouragement, practical health strategies, accountability, fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching, I help women create sustainable transformation from the inside out.
